2008 Street (Local) & Utility Improvements

Reconstruction of 3rd Avenue SW from Willow Street to 3rd Street SW, 4th Avenue NW from 7th Street NW to 9th Street NW, 5th Avenue NW from 7th Street NW to 8th Street NW, and 8th Street NW from 4th Avenue NW to 6th Avenue NW. Construction will include sanitary main and service replacement, water main and service replacement, storm sewer replacement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, aggregate base, and bituminous paving.
