2008 Downtown Improvements

Reconstuction of Central Avenue from 1st Street to 4th Street, 1st Street from 1st Avenue NE to 180 feet west of Central Avenue, 2nd Street from 1st Avenue NE to 1st Avenue NW, 3rd Street from 1st Avenue NE to 1st Avenue NW. Construction will include sanitary main and service replacement, water main and service replacement, storm sewer replacement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, aggregate base, bituminous paving, and lighting.
