NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Special Meeting pursuant to MN Statutes, Sec. 13D.03, subd. 1(b) on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 208 1st Avenue NW, Faribault, MN for the following purpose: To consider strategies for labor negotiations, including negotiation strategies or developments or discussion and review of labor negotiations proposals, conducted pursuant to MN Statutes Sections 179A.01 – 179A.025. Also to be discussed is the approval of the Interim Police Chief employment agreement.
