Meeting Rooms

The City of Faribault's Buckham Memorial Library has three beautiful, versatile, meeting rooms. They are available for use by the public when not being used for library programs. Use is generally free to nonprofit organizations; a fee is charged to all others.

The Great Hall is located on the second floor of the Library. It is accessible by elevator or by stairs from the first floor, and also has doors that open directly onto the back (South) parking lot. It is the largest meeting room at the Library and it can accommodate up to 90 people. The room features a spaciousness uncommon in modern facilities as well as exceptional murals and beautiful lighting.

The Corner Conference Room adjoins the Great Hall and has a small round table which seats a maximum of 8 people.

The Board Room is located on the third floor of the Library. It is accessible by elevator or by stairs from the Great Hall. This meeting room accommodates groups of up to 42 people. (Only 30 chairs are generally in the Board Room; request more if you have a larger group.)

Check our Meeting Room Policy (pdf) for a full listing of fees and conditions for Meeting Room use.
