Local author Lisa M. Bolt Simons will be presenting a program explaining how she obtained a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board for travel to Africa, in order to do research for her young adult novel-in-progress, Lost and Found. Lisa, a licensed teacher for over 17 years, has had four nonfiction children's books published as well as various journal and magazine articles.
