Trails Edge Apartments

Trail's Edge Apartments are located at 715 Central Avenue. This complex contains 50 units of market-rate housing available to persons who meet screening criteria, including a credit check, criminal background check and rental history. Each unit contains a full kitchen appliance package, including refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In addition, all units have a balcony/patio, air conditioning, separate thermostat and private laundry facilities.

The building also contains a community room with full kitchen and gas grill on the community room deck. This room can be reserved for gatherings such as birthday parties or other activities as long as the activity does not disturb other tenants. There is also a "guest room" on site, which tenants can reserve for $35 per night to house overnight guests they might not have room for. The guest room contains a bed, sleeper sofa, TV, dressers, full bath and towels and linens.

The heated underground garage provides parking space for each unit and a storage locker that is assigned to each unit. In addition, a car wash bay is available for tenant's use. The building entry contains a controlled access entry system in order to increase tenant safety and security.

All utilities are included in the rent, with the exception of electricity, telephone and cable TV. Trail's Edge contains the following unit sizes at the indicated monthly rents (rent schedule is subject to change):

Type A – One Bedroom/One Bath, 714 s.f.: $683.00
Type B – Two Bedroom/Two Bath, 960 s.f.: $820.00
Type C – Three Bedroom/Two Bath, 1,205 s.f.: $946.00
Type D – One Bedroom/One Bath, 775 s.f.: $683.00
Type E – One Bedroom/One Bath, 714 s.f. (handicap): $683.00 (same as type A)
Type F – One Bedroom/One Bath, Den, 872 s.f.: $735.00

A security deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of lease signing. Leases are for a one-year term for the first year, and go to month-to-month after the first year. Applications for this complex are taken on an on-going basis. As part of the application process, applicants are required to complete a credit check, criminal background check and rental history.
