How to Pay Your Utility Bill
The City of Faribault provides water, sewer and storm water services. Utility Billing account information can be obtained online by clicking here or by contacting City Utility Billing at 507-333-0392 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Utilities are billed on a monthly basis and are due on the 25th of each month. New service requires an application which is provided below.

Drop Off or In Person
You may drop off your utility payment at City Hall on 2nd floor, or by using the silver drop box located on the north side of the City Hall building (not the blue mailbox). Check, cash, money order, Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted at the counter.
By Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account Online
Utility bills can be paid online with a credit card, debit card, or an electronic debit from your checking account. There are no checks to write, no stamps to buy, and no fee to use this service! It's free, fast and easy to use.
Automatic Payment Plan
You can pay your utility bill from your checking or savings account automatically by providing your information on the Utility Billing Payment Authorization Form provided below. This will authorize the City to automatically debit your bank account monthly and pay your bill electronically.
